1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are from the time of shipment, not from the time of order placement.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SmoothGlove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential duties and taxes before placing your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
SmoothGlove is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@smoothglove.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please double-check your address details carefully at checkout.
