1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items (if applicable, though unlikely for SmoothGlove unless specified):
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:
- Your order number
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s) and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
3. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
